You arrive in Budapest where you will stay for 3 nights and 4 days in a
 4- or 5-star hotel
On this Custom Itinerary you will enjoy all the benefits of the hotel in Budapest.
Budapest at night is amazing and not to be missed 
Pre cruise package and your pickleball journey will begin in the morning .
You will play for 5 days in 4 different countries.
There is also a pickleball court on the sundeck where you will have 7 additional days to play while you sail down the Danube River.
 
"A Once in a Lifetime Opportunity" to play at the Hungarian Palace in Lake Balaton  with the President of the Hungarian Federation of Pickleball Players and Pro Instuctor . This is a FULL day excurision that is also included , beginning from the hotel after breakfast and a motorcoach trip outside of Budapest to Lake Balaton,
that evening we are invited to a Private Estate  for dinner, drinks and dancing with good Hungarian Hospitality. 
 
There will be 5 days of instruction in these days which include  skill building, strategies and drills for everyone.
Along with small groups or one on one training  on the court located on the sundeck of the ship. 
Details to follow and sign ups will be available at our Meet and Greet  Cocktail Party at the back of the ship on the first night for this opportunity
 
Your training will  be taught by Brett Noel, Lead Pro Instructor from
 Global Pickleball Training Academy.

In the morning, we call it our next capital city -
 Bratislava. Explore the city during a walking tour, or on your own. See the home of the Slovak Philharmonic Orchestra, the old city walls, the summer residence of the archbishop and the current residence of the president of Slovakia. Just a stone‘s throw away from Bratislava lies a true gem of Baroque architecture – Schloss Hof.
 
This afternoon, take the opportunity to step into a bygone era of opulence and grandeur and visit its aristocratic palace, terraced gardens and tranquil estate farm that seems to have sprung from the pages of a fairytale.
 
Enjoy dinner on board before the vessel departs from Slovakia late this evening.

This is the last city to play Pickleball 
all additional play will be on the sundeck with group or private coaching while the ship is docked. If there is no one on the courts you are free to play on your own. 
 
Take advantage of as much time as possible in this beautiful city, There is so much to see and do, You will need to come back for a week to see it all.

Walk through the gardens of Schönbrunn Castle
There is much to see in Imperial Vienna: Palaces, a Museum Quarter displaying works by artists Egon Schiele and Gustav Klimt, the historic buildings along the Ringstrasse,
St. Stephen's Cathedral 
and the famous Vienna State Opera among others. 
This afternoon, choose to venture to Schönbrunn Palace, the sumptuous summer palace and gardens of Empress Maria Theresia and the Habsburg Empire.
This evening take the chance to attend the “Sound of Vienna“ and listen to the “Alt Vienna“ orchestra play popular pieces from Vienna's classical era — a perfect end to your Vienna experience.
Also see the Original Gustav Klimt the beloved artist who lived in Belvedere Wein , the most famous kiss  "the Kiss"  at the Belvedere Museum along with many master paintings at other museums in the area
ALSO a must is the Spanish Riding School with the famous Lipizzaner Stallions.

Cruise along the romantic Wachau valley
The romantic Wachau Valley is one of the most beautiful landscapes of Austria. In the morning your ship docks in Dürnstein, with its blue medieval abbey on the edge of the Danube River. Wander through this quaint village or join a walking tour featuring a visit to Dürnstein Abbey. Alternatively, if you wish to explore the wines of the Wachau, a visit to the Krems winery estate to learn about the history and enjoy a tasting is a must.
During lunch on board, your cruise continues to Emmersdorf.
Spend the afternoon discovering this typical small town in Lower Austria or opt to travel across the river to nearby Melk and its glorious Benedictine abbey — the largest in Austria. 
In the evening, your ship leaves Wachau and heads for Linz.

After breakfast, join our tour of Passau and discover the unique flair of winding alleyways and baroque masterpieces that still characterize the city today.
In the afternoon, visit the Veste Oberhaus, one of the largest preserved castle complexes in Europe that towers high above Passau.

Terms and Conditions 
Once Xperience World Travel has agreed to plan Your travel and before any services are booked, You will be asked to place a nonrefundable deposit of at least $500 per person to begin confirming requested services. All bookings must be paid in full 90 days prior to departure. Your reservation is not confirmed until 7 days after we receive Your deposit of at least $500 per person. Under any circumstances, full payment is required prior to departure and receiving Your final confirmation kit.
REFUNDS: Because Xperience World Travel pre-pays its vendors for Your trip we cannot offer a refund after full payment has been received. There is a 100% penalty for a NO SHOW. If you have paid in full, and then cancel more than 120 days prior to departure we will do our best to get any refundable amount that has already been paid but we cannot guarantee a refund. If You fail to purchase travel insurance, You are fully responsible for any costs related to the cancellation or delay of Your travel package. Refunds are not possible for any reason, so please protect Your travel investment with travel insurance. Once You have paid in full or begun Your trip, substitutions, cancellations, or changes are not possible for any reason. All services are prepaid on Your behalf and cannot be changed at the last minute.
Important Conditions: Prices are subject to increase prior to the time you make full payment. Prices are not subject to increase after you make full payment, except for charges resulting from increases in government-imposed taxes or fees. By signing below you expressly acknowledge your acceptance of these conditions (i.e. increases before full payment and increases attributable to government -imposed taxes or fees after full payment will be your responsibility) applicable to your purchase.
CANCELLATIONS BY YOU AND REFUNDS: To cancel your booking, you must call us immediately and then promptly send notification in writing to us and your travel agent (if applicable) by email or mail. When providing notice to us, call our office at 1-805-400-8145 and then send written notice to us by email at xperienceworldtravel@gmail.com, or mail at Xperience World Travel 6249 Sunmist Way Citrus Heights Ca 95621. Cancellation fees will be applied per person according to the following schedule, based on the date we receive your written notification, not when you send it or notify us by phone:
Standard cancellation fee schedule for Scheduled Group Departures   Minimum fee is $500 per person -  0 to 61 days prior to departure: 25% of the trip price  - 0 to 46 days prior to departure: 50% of the trip price-     0 days prior to departure: 100% of the trip price
 
Standard cancellation fee schedule for Custom Tours** Deposit is nonrefundable** -120 to 91 days prior to departure: 25% of the trip price - 90 to 61 days prior to departure: 50% of the trip price -  60-0 days prior to departure: 100% of the trip price
**Note: Cancellation and transfer schedules for cruises, safaris, custom trips, and certain special events and private trips are often stricter. These exceptions are clearly indicated in the cancellation policies for each of these trips.
Internal airfare purchased on your behalf by Xperience World Travel is subject to the airline’s cancellation policies.
**All Deposits are Non-refundable deposits**: If we make special arrangements for you that require payment of non-refundable deposits to suppliers, we may subtract any such deposit from any refund due to you.
No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a tour once the tour begins, including if you leave a tour for any reason, miss the tour’s departure date, or have to be removed from a tour. There are no exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy, including for reasons related to weather, civil strife, personal, family or medical emergencies or any other circumstances beyond our control. 
Travel Insurance: Xperience World Travel strongly suggests YOU purchase separate travel insurance to cover possible additional costs.
If You choose not to or fail to purchase travel insurance, You are fully responsible for any costs related to the cancellation or delay of Your travel purchase. Refunds are not possible for any reason, so please protect Your travel investment with travel insurance. Comprehensive travel insurance benefits may include trip cancellation, interruption, travel delay, lost baggage, worldwide health and medical coverage, emergency medical evacuation, hurricane protection, terrorism and more.
